im looking for a dress for a party which i cant find and which i dont own            obviously

i looked through topshop, american apparel, urban outfitters, ............................ 

only one dress i liked

and it was expensive

so i need some suggestions:)

it is supposed to be fun but casual but to a party i will be wearing this

nothing too long

nothing too "elegant" or "fancy" or 

"sheek"

but not so girly             not so boho either this thing is in london my lovely people (ok... i've no people)
